This is the privacy question we are asked most often. We know how important information about our customers is in our business, both to you and us, as well as other companies. Despite the financial advantages that might be had, however, we are not in the business of selling your information to others. Any emails you receive from us are sent by us and carefully approved by our staff. Any information we learn from our customers about helps us only to serve them better and improve their browsing experience on our site. INDIABIZ is a free website and the majority of our revenues are derived from advertising. In order to attract and retain advertisers, we aggregate all personal demographic data and provide the results to advertisers so that they will understand the value of INDIABIZ’s members as an aggregated advertising audience.

We understand that our number one asset is our member and we will never knowingly do anything to harm the trust you have bestowed on us.

When you become a member of INDIABIZ, or subscribe to our newsletters, we ask you a series of general demographic questions. We then compile the information that you provide us with the information other members provide us and make the compiled result available to our advertisers and partners.

We use any information voluntarily you give us to enhance your experience in our site, which is to provide you with interactive or personalized elements on the sites and to better prepare future content based on your interests.

Customers who choose to voluntarily opt in to receive an Newsletter will receive occasional emails that outline Indaibiz website specials and current news, plus other information. Members may unsubscribe to any of our electronic newsletters at any time by following the instructions contained at the end of every newsletter.

Third Party Merchants and Advertisers:
You acknowledge that GG does not control the performance of merchants or advertisers that appear on INDIABIZ. Therefore, if you choose to purchase a product or service, you release us from any and all claims you may have regarding the third party's failure to deliver or perform.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend and hold GG harmless from all claims, damages and expenses (including attorney's fees) made by any third party arising out of your content, your use of INDIABIZ, your connection to INDIABIZ your violation of this Agreement, our Terms of Use or our Privacy Policy, and the development, operation, maintenance, use and contents of your websites
